Our Digital Marketing Director, Kierstin Payne, oversees all of our Digital Marketing initiatives including Graphic Design, Inbound / Digital Marketing Programs, Social Media Marketing / Reputation Management, Websites, and Content Marketing services. With over 20 years of experience, she brings invaluable knowledge to every project, resulting in high performing successful projects and campaigns. Kierstin joined the GO2 team in 2016 along with the acquisition of ViewSource, Inc. where as a partner, she served as the Director of Design / Project Management and the corporate President / CFO. Her years of Project Management experience allowed her to also take on the role of Project Management Director during the transitional phase. Combining her expertise with the internal knowledge provided by GO2's staff, she was able to develop and implement a successful agile process management system company wide. This new system has provided the backbone to significantly reduce backlog, keep work flowing in a reliable and timely manner, and improve overall productivity and forecasting abilities. Kierstin also spearheaded the Social Media Marketing program at ViewSource, by launching the first team dedicated to covering the 2011 Dance Worlds through Social Media and the award winning supporting website. The continued growth of the dance marketing programs, led to the opportunity to manage all of the USASF (United States All Star Federation) Social Media initiatives for cheer & dance beginning in July of 2015. She also serves on various committees and boards for USASF as well as serving as the legality official at regional and national events. Her most recent focus is in the development and launching of our Inbound Marketing program that is supported by our partnership with HubSpot. Inbound Marketing draws customers to your business through the integration of digital, social, email, content, and search marketing. Integrating all facets of digital marketing creates a custom online experience for each customer, allowing for better attraction, engagement, and results.
